I did end up ordering disposable soft contacts. I can't remember what brand. And I am very used to glasses, having been wearing them for two decades. :P Like I said, I'll give it another go, but if it doesn't work it doesn't work.

Same thing with the costume itself. I mean, if I had ANYTHING done at this point, I'd be more inclined to continue. But right now there's exactly zero costume, and that's hard for me to get over. But I have a three day weekend coming up, so we'll see how it goes.
