What's Camp Nanowrimo as opposed to regular Nanowrimo?

The concept is essentially the same, except you can set your own word count goal and it isn't November. I guess there's also some 'cabinmates' thing because of the summer camp theme, wherein you can set up a small team of friends for motivation and mutual support, but...no. Just no.
