The science duo actually reminded me a fair bit of the science duo from Pacific Rim. Only ACCENTS and also one's a girl.

Hm, yeah, post drift, I can see it. Though Fitz/Simmons are more of a mind meld than a bickering married couple, hence why I think of Gem and Gemma. ^_^

He is boring. He's such a talking head pretty protagonist. Clearly the supporting cast are the people worth caring about.
